  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Sulaimani Tea

Sulaimani Tea ??  Sulaimani is a spiced black tea without milk. The spices added are Ginger, cardamom, cinammon and clove.  In Arab, the name Sulaiman translates to "man of peace".  It is said that Prophet Muhammad  (peace be upon him) used to often indulge in a beverage called ghava made with dates and black pepper. The drink soon became popular among Arabs , who then changed the ancient recipe to better suit their taste. It is served after a heavy meal as it aids in digestion. From the store ?? Water 3 cups Cinnamon 2 pieces Cardamom 4 pods Ginger 3 pieces grated  Jaggary or sugar to taste  Lemon juice 1/2 tsp In  the kitchen ?? Boil water in a saucepan. Simmer the flame and add grated ginger, cardamom, cinnamon.  After 3 to 4 minutes, add tea powder  After 2 minutes, switch off the flame and add sugar  Strain it  Add lemon juice to taste  Serve hot Do follow for more recipes!!
