  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Prawn Briyani ?  ( இறால் பிரியானி) Prawns will absolutely be everyone’s favorite. This recipe is must try n for beginners. It can be done in no time. Ingredients: For marinating prawns: 250 grams prawn, cleaned & deveined 1tspn red chilli powder 1/2 tspn turmeric powder 1/2 tspn salt For making briyani masala: 1 1/2 cup basmati rice 4tblspn coconut oil 1cup onion 1tblspn ginger garlic paste 3 green chillies salt to taste 3 tomatoes chopped mint leaves coriander leaves 1/4 cup curd 1tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder This the step by step pictorial representation of the recipe: The prawns should be marinated before preparing briyani. Add the deveined prawns in a bowl with turmeric, salt and red chilli powder and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.  Wash and soak basmati rice in water. I use brands like INDIA GATE and LAL QILA in home. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add marinated prawns, let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the prawns

Chana Briyani ??  Chana Briyani is a easy to do meal for a lunch. It is a protein and fibre rich recipe.  Chana Briyani with raita is a good combo. Follow the measurements and you will get a perfect grained chana briyani.  From the store ??  Chana or chickpeas 1/2 cup boiled  Oil 4 tblspn Pandan leaves  Cinnamon 2 pieces Cardamom 1 Onion 2 chopped  Tomato 2 chopped  Green chillies 3 to 4  Coriander leaves 1/2 hand Ginger garlic paste 2 tblspn Curd 1 tblspn ( optional ) Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Chill powder 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Salt to taste  Lemon juice 1/4 th  Water 2 cups   Basmati rice 1 cup In the kitchen ??  Soak chickpeas in water over night. Pressure cook it for 15 whistles and keep it ready Clean and soak basmati rice for 1/2 hour  Heat oil in a cooker.
