  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Briyani ??   Briyani is always been an emotion of many. There is no special occasion without a briyani too. Briyani is a mixed rice dish originating among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It is made with Indian spices, rice and meat. There are various styles of briyani from various regions. We will be seeing the recipe of Country   Chicken Dum briyani . Let's get started !!  From the store ??   Basmati rice 1/2 kg Country Chicken 1/2 kg  Oil 100ml ( Rice bran or refined oil ) Onion 200g Tomato 200g Cinnamon 1g Cardamom 1g  Clove 1g  Pandan leaves  Coriander leaves 1/2 hand  Mint leaves 1/2 hand  Ginger garlic paste 75g  Red chilli powder 1 tblspn  Salt 1tblspn Curd 100ml Green chillies 2 or 3 Lemon 1/4th   In the kitchen ??   👉 Rinse 1/2kg basmati rice two to three times and soak in water for about 1/2 hour 👉 Clean 1/2kg chicken and keep it aside to dry 👉 In a large vessel, pour 100ml of oil and add onion , cardamom , cloves , cinnamon and pandan leaves .
