  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Chocolate Brownies

Chocolate Brownies !! 

Brownies ?? 

Brownies are square or rectangular chocolate baked confection. They can be made either Fudgy or Cakey. They can be topped with chocolate chips, creame cheese, frosting etc..

Brownies are everyone's all time favourite. It is a very good selection for a dessert after a super meal. Super hot brownies goes well with super cold icecream. 



From the store ?? 

  1. Unsalted butter 120gm
  2. Instant coffee powder 1tbspn
  3. Vanilla essence 1tspn
  4. Egg 2 no.s
  5. Sugar 200gm
  6. Refined flour 60gm
  7. Cocoa powder 35gm
  8. Salt 2 pinch 

In the kitchen ?? 

  1. Melt the unsalted butter in a saucepan and kepp it aside 
  2. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees
  3. Add egg one by one to a bowl having 200 grams of sugar. Egg is added one by one so that it combines well with the sugar. Whisk eggs and sugar well
  4. Splash vanilla essence to the egg- sugar mixture 
  5. Combine 1tbsp of coffee powder and 1tbsp of water and add that to egg-sugar mixture
  6. Sieve refined flour and cocoa powder and a pinch of salt
  7. Drop in the melted butter. Make sure the butter is warm 
  8. Combine the ingredients together so that there is no lumps formed
  9. Grease butter in a baking tray and line it with butter paper
  10. Transfer the brownie mixture to the tray 
  11. Bake it at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for 30 minutes 
  12. Ready to serve !!   



Notes ??

  • No need to use salt if you have used salted butter
  • Heat the knife and cut the brownie so that it comes clean
  • Allow the brownie to warm down before it's been cut
