  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Indian Masala Macroni

 Macroni !!

This recipe is perfect to serve for breakfast or dinner. As the name mentions Indian, the Macroni will have Indian spices to it. 

This recipe can also be altered by adding veggies (corn, capsicum, carrot, peas etc..). Adding some processed cheese to it gives gooey texture to your Macroni. 



From the store ??

  1. Oil 3tbsp
  2. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  3. Onion 1medium, finely chopped
  4. Tomato 2 medium, pureed
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2tsp
  8. Coriander powder 1tsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Pasta 1 cup
  11. Maggi seasoning cube 1tsp
  12. Water 2 cups
  13. Coconut milk 1/4 cup 
In the kitchen ??
  • Boil 2 cups water in a vessel. After it boils, add pasta and salt. Let it cook for 10 minutes 



  • Drain the cooked pasta. Drizzle some oil so that it doesn't stick 

  • Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till it's raw smell disappears


  • Add onions, green chillies and saute. Let onion turn transparent

  • Add tomato puree and the masala powders


  • Cook well till the oil Comes out 

  • Add coconut milk, salt and let it boil for a minute


  • Add the boiled pasta and mix well with the masala mixture


  • Serve hot!!


Notes ??
  • You can add Italian seasoning for extra flavour
