  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Chana Dal Curry

Chana dal curry ??

The major ingredient here is chana dal. This curry goes with hot steamed rice, chapathi, roti..
Easy peasy lunch and dinner recipe on the go..

From the store ??
  • Chana dal 1/4 cup
  • Ghee 2 tblspn
  • Coconut oil 2tblspn
  • Cardamom 1
  • Cinnamon 1 
  • Onion 1 small chopped
  • Tomato 1 small chopped
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tblspn
  • Curd 2 tblspn
  • Curry leaves 2 sprigs
  • Green chillies 2
  • Red chilli powder 1 tblspn
  • Curry masala powder 2 tblspn
  • Coconut paste 2 tblspn
  • Water 400 ml
  • Salt to taste

In the kitchen ??

  • Clean chana dal two to three times and soak in water for half hour


  • Heat oil in a cooker. Add cardamom and cinnamon

  • Add onion and let it turn transparent

  • Add ginger garlic paste, curd, green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a minute till raw smell disappears

  • Add tomato and mix well

  • Add red chilli powder

  • Add chana dal and curry masala

  • Add water and cook in for 7 whistles

  • After 7 whistles, open the lid and add salt

  • Add coconut paste and let it boil for 2 minutes

  • Serve hot !!
