  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Nungu paal sarbath ( Ice apple sarbath )

Nungu paal sarbath ? 

We are in the season of Nungu ( ice apple ). This is a refreshing drink for summer days. Ice apple helps prevent dehydration which could be a prominent health issue during summer. 
We can make this sarbath in different flavours as our wish. Here I have tried pista and nannai Nungu paal. 
Do try this recipe and beat the heat this summer !! 

From the store ?? 

  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1/4 cup
  • Nungu/Ice apple 8
  • Nannari syrup 1/2 tsp
  • Pista syrup 1/4 tsp

In the kitchen ??

  • Boil the milk. Add sugar and let it cool down for half an hour 



  • Blend three Nungu in a blender and keep it ready 


  • Add blended Nungu in milk and mix well 



  • In a large glass, add 4 spoons of nungu pieces, pista syrup and milk. Pista Nungu sarbath is ready to be served
  • In a large glass, add 4 spoons of Nungu pieces, nannari syrup and milk. Nannari Nungu sarbath is ready to be served 








  • Serve chill !!
