  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Prawn Briyani ?  ( இறால் பிரியானி) Prawns will absolutely be everyone’s favorite. This recipe is must try n for beginners. It can be done in no time. Ingredients: For marinating prawns: 250 grams prawn, cleaned & deveined 1tspn red chilli powder 1/2 tspn turmeric powder 1/2 tspn salt For making briyani masala: 1 1/2 cup basmati rice 4tblspn coconut oil 1cup onion 1tblspn ginger garlic paste 3 green chillies salt to taste 3 tomatoes chopped mint leaves coriander leaves 1/4 cup curd 1tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder This the step by step pictorial representation of the recipe: The prawns should be marinated before preparing briyani. Add the deveined prawns in a bowl with turmeric, salt and red chilli powder and let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes.  Wash and soak basmati rice in water. I use brands like INDIA GATE and LAL QILA in home. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add marinated prawns, let it cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove the prawns

Egg Semiya Upma ??  Semiya Upma is a common recipe in south Indian households for breakfasts and dinner. The method is easy so that it can be cooked during lazy days and also tastes good. This recipe can also be altered to your taste by adding veggies of your choice.. Oil 3 tblspn Onions 1 small size finely chopped Green chillies 2 Ginger garlic paste 1 tblspn Tomato 1 small size finely chopped Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder 1 tsp Salt to taste  Water 1.5 cups Coconut milk 1/2 cup Semiya 1 cup Eggs 2    In the kitchen ??  Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Let them turn transparent  Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute for a minute Add in the tomatoes and the masalas , salt  Add water and coconut milk. Queries can be mailed.   Let's get started!!  From the store ??  Milk 2 cups boiled Sugar 4 tblspn Mulberry crush 2 to 3 tblspn  In the kitchen ??  In a large glass, add mulberry crush , sugar and 1/4 cup of boiled milk and blend them well  Add the remaining milk and mix it  Serve chill !!   Notes ??  If you don't have an electric blender, you can use mixie to blend  Ice cubes and icecream can also be added to make it extra creamy and thick !! Nungu paal sarbath ( Ice apple sarbath )

Nungu paal sarbath ?  We are in the season of Nungu ( ice apple ). This is a refreshing drink for summer days. Ice apple helps prevent dehydration which could be a prominent health issue during summer.  We can make this sarbath in different flavours as our wish. Here I have tried pista and nannai Nungu paal.  Do try this recipe and beat the heat this summer !!  From the store ??  Milk 2 cups Sugar 1/4 cup Nungu/Ice apple 8 Nannari syrup 1/2 tsp Pista syrup 1/4 tsp In the kitchen ?? Boil the milk. Add sugar and let it cool down for half an hour  Blend three Nungu in a blender and keep it ready  Add blended Nungu in milk and mix well  In a large glass, add 4 spoons of nungu pieces, pista syrup and milk. Pista Nungu sarbath is ready to be served In a large glass, add 4 spoons of Nungu pieces, nannari syrup and milk.
