Mulberry muffins recipe

  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

French Toast

French Toast ??  French Toast is one of the easiest breakfast recipes. It is done with bread slices, egg , milk and sugar. We have many variations of this recipe too. BisibeleBath (Sambhar Sadham)

BisibeleBath ?? It is a spicy rice based dish with origins in the state of Karnataka, India. It is said to have originated from Mysore Palace.  BisibeleBath literally means " hot lentil rice ".  It goes well with appalam and Mango pickle.  Do try this recipe and enjoy!!  From the store ?? Thuvaram parupu 1/2 cup Rice 3/4 cup Onion 1 small chopped Green chillies 3 Garlic cloves 3 Sambhar powder 2tblspn Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp Tamarind juice 1/2 cup Carrot 3 chopped Potato 2 chopped Drum stick 1  Salt to taste  Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Dry red chilli 2 Curry leaves 2 sprigs Coriander leaves  In the kitchen ??  Clean and soak dal, lemon sized tamarind  for 1/2 hour  Cut the vegetables and keep them ready  After half hour, add dal, rice, green chillies and garlic cloves, 4 cups in a pressure cooker. Cook for 5 whistles  In a pan, heat oil and add onion. Let them turn transparent Add the vegetables and give a mix.  Add sambhar powder and turmeric powder Add 1 cup

Cold Coffee ?? Cold Coffee is a satisfying beverage to have on a summer day. This recipe makes frothy and creamy cold coffee. You can try this with your favourite brand of instan t Coffee powder and have a drink just like from your favourite cafe shop. From the store ?? Instant coffee powder 1tblspn Warm water 1/4 cup Boiled and chilled milk 500 ml Sugar 4 tblspn  Ice cubes 3 to 4 In the kitchen ?? In a bowl, take Coffee powder and mix it with warm water  Take a blender and blend the coffee mixture well  Add sugar and blend  Add ice cubes and milk and blend it till it's frothy Serve it chill  Do follow for more recipes!! Tomato Garlic Chutney

Tomato Garlic Chutney ??  Chutneys always go well with idlis and dosas. South Indian households have different kinds of chutney and this is one of its kind.  Do try and enjoy !!  From the store ??  Tomato 2 medium sized Garlic cloves 8 to 10 Dry red chilli 3  Oil 3tblspn Salt to taste  Mustard Seed 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp Urad dal 1/2 tsp Chana dal 1/2 tsp Curry leaves  In the kitchen ??  Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic cloves and saute for some time. Add tomatoes and dry red chilli and wait till tomatoes turn mushy  Let the mixture cool down.  Blend it well in a mixer  Transfer to a bowl and temper the chutney with mustard seeds, urad dal, chana dal and curry leaves Serve with hot idlis or dosas !! Tea kadai kajada ( Muttai Kose )

Kajada ??  Kajada ( Mutai  Kose ) will be found in almost all Indian tea shops. It is one of my mom's favourite bakery snack. The recipe is so simple and can be made easily with ingredients that are available in our kitchen.  Do try this and serve with evening tea !!  From the store ??  Maida 1 cup Rice flour 1 tblspn Rava or semolina 2 tblspn Sugar 1/2 cup powdered Cardamom 2 Milk 2 tblspn Ghee 1 tsp Egg 1 Oil for frying Salt a pinch Baking soda a pinch In the kitchen ??  Powder sugar and cardamom in a blender. Add one egg to it and blend it smoothly. Keep it aside In a big bowl, add maida, rava, rice flour, baking soda, salt, egg sugar mixture, ghee and milk. Mix everything well. The batter will be little sticky. Rest it for 15 to 20 minutes After 20 minutes, apply oil to both your palms and make balls. We will get 6 to 7 balls  Heat oil for frying. Once the oil is medium hot , drop the balls one be one and fry till golden for about 7 to 8 minutes Serve with tea !!  Do follow for
