Mulberry muffins recipe

  Mulberry Muffins Muffins and cupcakes are kids all time favorite to bake. I love baking at all times and this is the recipe which I tried today and of course the muffins came out soft and spongy. Baking is always been a stress buster for me. Try this recipe and I can guarantee that it will not disappoint you in anyway. Ingredients: 🍰  Maida / All purpose flour-1 cup   🍰 Eggs -2 🍰 Sugar- 3/4 cup 🍰 Butter- 100grams (salted) 🍰 Baking powder- 1tsp 🍰 Milk- 1/4 cup 🍰  Vanilla essence- 2tsp 🍰 Mala's mulberry crush - as per your taste How to make ?? 🍰 Beat the butter well in a large bowl with a whisk 🍰 Add sugar and whisk until well combined 🍰 Add eggs one by one and mix well 🍰 Sift and add maida and baking powder  into the butter sugar mixture 🍰 Fold everything slowly until maida is combined with the rest of the ingredients 🍰 Add milk  🍰 Add vanilla essence and fold the mixture 🍰 Muffin batter is ready 🍰 Preheat oven at 175c for 10minutes 🍰 Fill the muffin cups with 3

Beetroot Halwa

Beetroot Halwa ?? Beetroot halwa is an easy to go recipe for even beginners. It just need 3 ingredients : Beetroot, Milk and sugar.  Beetroot Halwa can be served for your sudden guests. It is a sweet recipe and is loved by both kids and adults. We know that beetroot is healthy too!!  From the store?? Ghee 3 tblspn Beetroot 1.5 cups grated  Milk 1 cup Sugar 1/4 cup Condensed milk 1/4 cup  Raisins 1tblspn Cashew 1tblspn Almond 1 tblspn In the kitchen ?? Grate beetroot and keep it ready Heat oil in pan. Fry cashew, almond and raisin till golden brown and transfer to a plate In the same oil , add grated beetroot and saute for a minute. Let it's raw smell go away Add milk. Cook in low flame. Scrape the sides of the vessel occasionally. Let the milk thicken. Once it thickens, add sugar and mix well  Add condensed milk. It gives creamy texture to your halwa Cook in medium heat. Let all the ingredients thicken well.  Add roasted nuts  Cook for a minute and switch off the flame Serve !! Fol

Parupu thogayal?? Parupu thogayal is the comforting recipe to have with hot steamed rice, rasam , papad and some ghee. It is prepared without coconut. Give it a try.. Fromthe store?? Toor dal or thuvaram parupu 1/4 cup Dried red chill 2 Black Pepper 1/4tsp Garlic cloves 3 Salt to taste Water to blend  Oil 1tbsp In the kitchen?? Heat oil in a pan. Add toor dal and roast it till golden brown Transfer dal to a plate and let it cool down In the same oil , add dried red chill and pepper . Saute them a minute and transfer it to the dal plate Add dal , red chilli , pepper , garlic cloves and salt to a blender.  Blend it to a fine powder Add water and blend it to thogayal Serve it !! Roasted Potato Poriyal

Potato fry ?? Potatoes are very good side dish to go with rasam, sambhar , curd rice and lemon rice. It is an easy to make recipe in your lazy days. It is a South Indian dish and there is no one who dislikes it.  Let's get started with the recipe!! From the store?? Oil 3tblspn Mustard Seed 1/4 tsp Urad dal 1/4 tsp Dried red chilli 1 Curry leaves Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp Onion 1medium finely chopped Potatoes 200g peeled and diced  Sambhar powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Salt to taste Water 1/2 cup In the kitchen?? Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds , urad dal , dried red chilli and curry leaves . Saute for a minute Add ginger garlic paste and saute. Add onions . Allow them to change colour Add the diced potatoes Add sambhar powder , turmeric powder and salt . Mix well  Pour 1/2 cup water and close the pan with a lid. Cook in low flame for 10 minutes After 10 minutes, open the lid and cook in low flame for 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Let the potatoes roast nicely

Indian Masala Macroni

  Macroni !! This recipe is perfect to serve for breakfast or dinner. As the name mentions Indian, the Macroni will have Indian spices to it.  This recipe can also be altered by adding veggies (corn, capsicum, carrot, peas etc..). Adding some processed cheese to it gives gooey texture to your Macroni.  From the store ?? Oil 3tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1tsp Onion 1medium, finely chopped Tomato 2 medium, pureed Green chillies 2 Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Salt to taste Pasta 1 cup Maggi seasoning cube 1tsp Water 2 cups Coconut milk 1/4 cup  In the kitchen ?? Boil 2 cups water in a vessel. After it boils, add pasta and salt . Let it cook for 10 minutes  Drain the cooked pasta. Drizzle some oil so that it doesn't stick  Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger garlic paste and saute till it's raw smell disappears Add onions , green chillies and saute.
